Currently, international shipping is taking longer than usual due to COVID-19 customs. Please make sure you order is not time sensitive if you are ordering outside of the United States. The DanceWEAR Shoppe is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
With international shipments, there can be additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. The DanceWEAR Shoppe is not responsible if the item ends up being subject to these fees.
Shipping time is based on a number of factors. First it depends when you place your order, our store processes orders Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (excluding US Holidays). Generally if you place your order before 12:00PM on a working day your order will be shipped that day. If you order on Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday generally your order will ship the next working day.

We do our best to make sure that our inventory is as accurate as possible, however human errors can occur. If the item you ordered ends up not being in stock, your order will be cancelled/item will be cancelled off of your order.
If you receive your order and an item is missing, the item may have been out of stock and you were not charged. Please contact our customer service if you are missing an item that was on your packing slip.
Defects/Incorrect item sent
If the item you ordered is defective or the wrong item is sent, please contact customer service within 14 days and we will send a pre-paid return label. For defects we will offer a replacement and ship it free of charge if available, or we will offer a full refund.
Return Policy - All Countries
Returns on items can only be made within 30 Days of receiving your shipment for a refund, no exceptions. All undergarments, tights, pointe shoes that have been sewn, and makeup are FINAL SALE unless defective. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- Must be suitable for sale "as new" in the original packaging with tags - not used, soiled, perfumed, washed or damaged.
- Shoes soles/taps must not be scuffed or scratched
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged

You must ship your return within 30 days of receiving your return authorization otherwise the authorization will expire and your items will no longer be eligible for a return.
