
How do I return an item?
Return Policy - USA Returns on items can be made only within 30 days of receiving your shipment for a refund, no exceptions. All undergarments, tights, custom leotards, pointe shoes that have been sewn and makeup are FINAL SALE unless defective. All refunds are for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Each return is authorized and tracked by a Return Merchandise number (RM#). To obtain an RM# include the following information in an email to returns@thedancewearshoppe.com
Upon receipt and inspection, the refund will be applied to the same payment method used for the initial purchase. If you selected Free Shipping (3-14 Business Days), the item(s) you returned will be refunded minus the the cost of shipping the item(s) to you. Exchange Policy If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or a different item, simply return the item(s) for a full refund less the shipping charge then place a new order for the desired item(s). Your new order will be charged the applicable amount for shipping, you WILL NOT be charged for any exchange fee.
