I love these dance belts & I ordered 2 narrow and one wide.  Nothing on the website indicated that they were out of stock but they were.  I was initially told that one would be shipped and the othesr would be shipped as soon as they arrived.  2 weeks later, no dance belt.  I emailed them and to their credit, they replied quickly.  I missed the email (went to my spam folder) and they called to follow up (again, have to give them credit).  I was told that part of the order would be shipped promptly, followed by the remainder of the order when it arrived.   Another 10 days or so went by and finally all three dance belts arrived at the same time.  Again, I love the dance belts and the customer service was good to work with; the actual follow up, however, leaves much to be desired
